摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of nursing intervention based on health belief model on coping style and self-efficacy of patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:Seventy-six patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to Jiuquan Hospi-tal,Shanghai First People's Hospital(Jiuquan People's Hospital)from January to December,2024 were divided into two groups according to the nursing plan,with 38 patients taking routine nursing as the control group and 38 patients taking nursing intervention based on health belief model as the observation group.Coping style、healthy behavior and self-effica-cy were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,compared with the control group,the scores of MCMO、SRAHP and ESCA in the observation group were better,P<0.05.Conclusion:Implementing nursing intervention based on health belief model in the nursing of ulcerative colitis can promote patients to actively cope with the disease and improve their health behavior and self-efficacy.关键词
