Abstract
BPA-type polyaramide contains a large number of ester bonds and reactive terminal hydroxyl and carboxyl groups within its molecules,making it prone to oxidation and degradation during processing at high temperatures,which leads to performance deterioration.Therefore,the study combined different antioxidants(AD9228,TJ9228,SL9225,and JK568)with polyaramide(PAR)to investigate the effect of antioxidant type on PAR performance.The results showed that the heat distortion temperature of PAR with the addition of the SL9225 antioxidant was similar to that of other composite PARs,but the tensile,bending,impact,and light transmittance properties were superior.The study explored the effects of different proportions of the SL9225 antioxidant on PAR performance,indicating that when the mass fraction of SL9225 addition was 0.40%,the mechanical properties,heat resistance,and light transmittance of PAR were the best.关键词
