Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combining time nursing with 5-year model lung rehabilitation training in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer surgery.Methods:From February 2020 to April 2023,58 patients with lung cancer were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 29 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing after operation,while the observation group was given time nursing combined with 5-year lung rehabilitation training.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of PEF、MVV and TLC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The time of getting out of bed、extubation and hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of compli-cations in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Using time nursing combined with 5-year lung rehabilitation training in postoperative lung rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer surgery can promote the recovery of lung function,reduce complications and shorten the rehabilitation process.关键词
