Abstract
Realizing safe production is the key to achieving sustainable development of mines and has far-reaching impacts.In this study,the article provides a detailed summary of various safety issues faced in mining safety management,such as inadequate comprehensive management level and inadequate employee quality;Afterwards,an analysis was conducted on how to build a mine safety management system,summarizing strategies such as building a safety culture and implementing safety management responsibilities.Finally,from the perspective of informatization,the article proposes relevant countermeasures on how to improve the rapid response mechanism,hoping to lay a foundation for ensuring the achievement of mine safety production goals.关键词
