小麦水解蛋白对产蛋初期蛋鸡生产性能、肠道消化酶活性及肠道组织形态的影响
Effects of wheat hydrolyzed protein on production performance,intestinal digestive enzyme activity,and intestinal tissue morphology of laying hens in early laying stage

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of wheat protein hydrolyzate(HWG)on the production performance,egg quality,and intestinal function of primiparous laying hens.A total of seven hundred and thirty-five 122-day-old primiferous laying hens were randomly divided into five groups,with seven replicates in each group and 21 laying hens in each replicate.The control group(group A)was fed with corn-soybean meal basal diet,and groups B,C,D and E were supplemented with 0.1%,0.2%,0.3%and 0.4%HWG in the basal diet,respectively.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal test period was 56 days.The results showed that compared with group A,the average daily egg laying rate of group D was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the egg laying rate reached 90%at the earliest,which was significantly earlier than that of other groups(P<0.05).The total number of eggs in group D was significantly increased(P<0.05),feed to egg ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with group A,the protein height of groups C and D was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the egg shape index and yolk color of groups D and E were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The addition of HWG had no significant effect on the serum biochemical indexes of laying hens(P>0.05).Compared with group A,the trypsin(CHY)activity in the jejunum and ileum of the laying hens in groups C,D,and E increased with the increase of HWG concentration,and the CHY activity in the jejunum of group D and group E was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with group A,the duodenal villi height(VH)of the laying hens in groups C,D,and E was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the duodenal villi-hidden ratio(V/C)of the laying hens in groups D was significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of 0.3%HWG to the diet can effectively improve the production performance and intestinal function of primiparous laying hens.关键词
