Abstract
Cost management is an important internal control task in the current development process of enterprises and institutions,which is clearly related to the social value and economic benefits of the enterprise.The article analyzes the core status quo of cost management in gold mining enterprises,interprets the specific concept of refined cost management,and proposes core countermeasures for refined cost management based on cost detail division,real-time tracking,and full process control.It puts forward a cost refinement management approach based on pre-,during-,and post production processes,confirms the types of cost control operations based on production processes,implements the preparation of operation cost budgets and detailed adjustments,constructs a dynamic cost management system through refined cost accounting during the operation period,and optimizes the post operation cost control plan to enhance the standardization and rationality of cost control in gold mining enterprises.关键词
