新时代大学生理想信念教育常态化制度化研究
The Regularization and Institutionalization of Ideological and Belief Education for College Students in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized that ideals and beliefs are the"spiritual calcium"essential for the growth and success of young people.Ideological and belief education carries deep significance,primarily manifested in strong political convictions,a multi-layered structure,the effective integration of knowledge and action,and the long-term sustainability of educational outcomes.At present,however,ideological and belief education for young college students faces several challenges,including cognitive confusion,a crisis of faith,value distortion,and outdated evaluation systems.The educational ideas of Marxist thinkers and those of the Communist Party of China(CPC)leadership provide a solid theoretical foundation and practical guidance for the regularization and institutionalization of this education.Based on this,the article suggests solutions for the normalization and institutionalization of ideological and belief education.These include the ideological leadership of Marxism,innovative improvements in teaching methods,and the development of robust systems and mechanisms.By incorporating various strategies such as shaping values in the classroom,immersing students in red culture,fostering cultural growth,offering online guidance,and encouraging practical experiences,this approach aims to further the advancement of ideological and belief education in the new era.Ultimately,the goal is to cultivate young college students who possess firm ideals and beliefs in the New Era.关键词
