超声波辅助酶提取野菊花中绿原酸及其抗氧化活性研究
Study on ultrasonic-assisted enzyme extraction of chlorogenic acid from wild chrysanthemum and its antioxidant activity

Abstract
The study was to study the process conditions of ultrasonic-assisted enzyme extraction of chlorogenic acid from wild chrysanthemum and its antioxidant activity.On the basis of single factor test,the response surface method was used to optimize the process conditions for the extraction of chlorogenic acid from wild chrysanthemum,and the antioxidant activity of the extracted chlorogenic acid was studied.The results showed that the optimal extraction process of chlorogenic acid from wild chrysanthemum was as follows:Liquid-material ratio of 45 mL/g,ultrasonic time of 40 min,pH value of 4,enzyme dosage of 0.32%,ethanol volume fraction of 64%,ultrasonic power of 400 W,ultrasonic temperature of 63℃,and the yield of chlorogenic acid of wild chrysanthemum was 3.803%.The antioxidant activity test indicated that when the mass concentration of the extract of chlorogenic acid from wild chrysanthemum was 12 mg/L,chlorogenic acid from wild chrysanthemum was effective against 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine(DPPH)radicals,hydroxyl radicals,superoxide anion radicals,and 2.The scavenging rates of 2'-biazo-bis-3-ethylbenzothiazolin-6-sulfonic acid(ABTS+)free radicals were 81.2%,87.7%,93.7%and 85.3%,respectively.The semi-inhibitory concentrations(IC50 values)of each free radical were 4.168,1.916,1.892,and 6.372 mg/L,respectively.The study indicates that the chlorogenic acid extracted from wild chrysanthemum in the experiment has good antioxidant capacity.关键词
