The Internal Logic and Realization Path of the Digital Economy Driving the Leap in New Quality Productivity
摘要
Abstract
As a new wave of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change sweeps across the world,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward the concept of"new quality productivity,"emphasizing the development of advanced productive forces characterized by revolutionary breakthroughs in technology and innovative allocation of factors of production,and targeting technological innovation to seize the development opportunities of the New Era by taking the digital economy as the tail wind.The digital economy can empower the change of advanced productive forces and drive the traditional productive forces to leap to new quality productive forces.On the one hand,the digital economy takes information and communication technology as the core,views data as the key production factor,transforms traditional industries through digitization,improves the efficiency of social resource allocation,activates the innovation ability of enterprises,and forms advanced productivity.On the other hand,the transformative effect of the digital economy on productivity and production relations can empower scientific and technological innovation and drive the development of new quality productivity.Through the construction of an innovation ecosystem for new productive forces,the establishment of data infrastructure adapted to new productive forces,the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents oriented toward new productive forces,the optimization of the institutional environment for the development of new productive forces,and the realization of digital transformation across entire industrial chains,traditional productive forces can be effectively restructured,thereby achieving the leap toward new productive forces.关键词
