Determination of Migration Amount of Non-phthalate Plasticizers in Plastic Toys by Gas Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要

Abstract

A method for detecting the migration of 14 types of non-phthalate plasticizers in plastic toys has been established using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).Plastic toy samples were treated with simulants,shaken at 37℃ for 240 min to prepare migration solutions,which were then extracted with ethyl acetate and filtered through a 0.22 μm polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)filter,retaining the filtrate.Target analytes were separated using a TG-5SilMS chromatographic column,and selected reaction monitoring(SRM)was performed under electron impact(EI)conditions,with quantification carried out using external standards.The influences of extraction solvent,NaCl addition,extraction times,and matrix effects on the quantification results of the target compounds were investigated.The results indicated that within the linear range,the correlation coefficients of the migration of the 14 types of non-phthalate plasticizers were all greater than 0.999 0,the limits of detection ranged from 0.16 to 0.30 μg/kg,the limits of quantification ranged from 0.30 to 0.60 μg/kg,the average recovery rates for spiking were between 88.7%and 115.0%,and the relative standard deviations ranged from 0.4%to 6.1%.The method is suitable for detecting the migration of 14 types of non-phthalate plasticizers in plastic toys.
