摘要

Abstract

The research focuses on the detection of volatile compounds in polymeric materials for food contact,establishing a purge and trap gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method.The polymeric materials to be tested are placed in the headspace sampler of the GC-MS instrument,and the determination is carried out using the GC-MS instrument.Quantification is performed using the external standard method,and the precision and accuracy of the detection method are confirmed.The results showed that the method had good precision and accuracy,with a linear correlation coefficient of r2≥0.999,a spiked recovery rate ranging from 90.1%to 102.3%,and relative standard deviation ranging from 1.01%to 4.48%.It is suitable for the detection of 25 volatile compounds in polymer materials,including cyclohexane and toluene.
