基于EDEM仿真软件移动式池塘养殖投饵装置关键部件设计与试验
Design and experiment of key components for mobile pond aquaculture feeding device based on EDEM simulation software

Abstract
In order to solve the problems that the existing feeding devices for pond aquaculture cannot achieve full-pond coverage feeding and the feed flow output by the feeding mechanism was unstable,a catamaran feeding boat based on exposed wheel drive was designed.The feeding bin adopts a sunken design to lower the center of gravity,and the feeding method was spiral feeding.Theoretical calculations were carried out on the key component,the spiral feeding device.Taking the outer diameter of the spiral blade,the pitch and the rotational speed of the spiral shaft as the main test factors,the Box-Benhnken response surface method was adopted to optimize the spiral feeding device.The results show that the spiral feeding device can achieve the best working performance when the outer diameter of the spiral blade was 50.7 mm,the pitch was 29.4 mm,and the rotational speed of the spiral shaft was 58.4 r/min.At this time,the coefficient of variation of the feeding stability was 1.493%.The factors influencing the coefficient of variation of the feeding stability,from largest to smallest,were the rotational speed of the screw shaft,the pitch,and the outer diameter of the screw feeding blade.The results of building the test bench based on the optimal parameter combination predicted by the simulation experiment showed that the average coefficient of variation of the loading stability was 2.513%.The study indicates that the spiral feeding device designed in the experiment can meet the precise feeding requirements of pond aquaculture.关键词
