Research Progress on One-step Preparation of Lactide Catalyzed Lactic Acid by Molecular Sieve Liquid Phase
摘要
Abstract
The large-scale application of polylactic acid(PLA)can help alleviate the environmental problems caused by petroleum-based plastics.The ring-opening polymerization of lactide(LT)is a key way for the current industrial production of high-quality PLA.At present,the two-step lactic acid method is mainly used in industrial production to prepare LT,which needs to be operated under high temperature and high vacuum conditions,and is prone to racemic and polymerization side reactions during the reaction process,resulting in the reduction of LT yield.Compared with the inefficiency of the two-step lactic acid production of LT,the one-step production of LT by molecular sieve liquid-phase catalytic lactic acid will become an effective way to reduce costs in the PLA industry in the future.At present,Beta zeolite is often used for the one-step production of LT from lactic acid,and the modification of Beta zeolite and the optimization of the reaction process will become the key to LT production.The paper summarizes the current effective strategies for improving LT yield from the perspective of regulating zeolite and key parameters of the reaction system,aiming to provide reference for LT yield increase.关键词
