摘要

Abstract

Thermally conductive folded graphene is a material with high thermal conductivity and flexibility,mainly applied in the field of heat dissipation for electronic devices.Currently,research on the preparation and application of folded graphene and its composite materials is still in the developmental stage.Exploring the impact of different folding methods on material properties and developing effective ways to control,utilize,and even mass-produce novel folded graphene composite materials remain to be discovered.The article reviews the relevant methods for preparing folded graphene,including physical processing,water-assisted methods,evaporation-induced techniques,and molecular dynamics simulations.It also introduces some applications of folded graphene in composite materials,with a focus on analyzing the various factors that affect the thermal conductivity of graphene during the folding process,aiming to provide references for the preparation of new types of graphene composite materials.
