桔梗连作障碍中的自毒作用研究

Abstract
Objective This experiment investigates the mechanism of continuous cropping obstacles in Platycodon grandiflorus(Jacq.)A.Dc.(P.grandiflorus)from the perspective of allelopathic autotoxicity,aiming to provide a scientific basis for standardized cultivation practices.Methods The study investigated the effects of aqueous extracts from different parts of roots,stems,leaves,flowers,fruits and seeds of two-year-old P.grandiflorus seedlings on seed germination,seedling growth and antioxidant enzyme activity.The goal was to reveal whether effect of allelopathic autotoxicity existed in P.grandiflorus and find out the plant parts with the strongest autotoxicity,thereby offering theoretical insights into its continuous cropping obstacles.Results Within the concentration range of 20-50 mg·mL-1 during the experiment,aqueous extracts from different parts of P.grandiflorus exhibited inhibitory effects on its seed germination,with inhibitory effects ranked as fruits>roots>leaves>seeds>stems>flowers.Selected concentrations and specific parts of aqueous extracts were further investigated on seedling growth.Results showed varying degrees of reduction in seedling height,root length,fresh weight,and dry weight,along with decreasing trend in contents of antioxidant enzyme and osmotic adjustment substance.Conclusion P.grandiflorus exhibits certain autotoxicity that impacts its seed germination and seedling growth by its presence.There are differences in autotoxicity observed among different plant parts or at varying concentrations of the same part,with the most significant autotoxicity ob-served in the roots.关键词
