针刺力敏腧穴治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效及对炎性指标的影响
Clinical efficacy of acupuncture on force-sensitive acupoints on knee osteoarthritis and its im-pact on inflammatory indicators

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on force-sensitive acupoints on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 64 patients with KOA were randomly divided into a force-sensitive acupuncture group and a traditional acupuncture group.The force-sensitive acupuncture group selected 5 force-sensitive acupoints for acupuncture,while the traditional acupuncture group se-lected 5 local acupoints for acupuncture,both were treated for 4 weeks.The Western Ontario and McMaster universities(WOMAC)oste-oarthritis index,visual analogue scale(VAS),maximum depth of patellar effusion,quality of life score(SF-12),and serum levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),and IL-1 β between two groups of patients were compared,while the safety and efficacy were evaluated.Results There were 2 cases of dropout in both groups respectively.The WOMAC score,VAS score,and maximum depth of patellar sac fluid accumulation in both groups were decreased after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment compared to those of before treatment(P＜0.05),and the degree of decrease in the force-sensitive acupuncture group was more significant than that in the traditional acupuncture group during the same period(P＜0.05).Both groups showed an increase in SF-12 scores after 4 weeks of treatment compared to those of before treatment(P＜0.05),and the increase in the force-sensitive acupuncture group was higher than that in the traditional acupuncture group(P＜0.05).The levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-1β in both groups decreased after 4 weeks of treatment compared to those of before treatment(P＜0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the force-sensi-tive acupuncture group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the force-sensitive acupuncture group was better than that of the tradition-al acupuncture group(P＜0.05).Both groups did not experience any adverse reactions or events.Conclusion With safety and reliabili-ty,the force-sensitive acupuncture treatment for KOA shows significant therapeutic effect,and is of positive significance in regulating serum inflammatory indicators.关键词
