黄连三仁方联合西药治疗脾虚湿热型Hp根除失败患者的临床观察
Clinical observation on Huanglian Sanren Formula(黄连三仁方)combined with Western medicine in the treatment of Hp eradication failure patients with spleen deficiency and damp-ness-heat syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of a self-formulated Huanglian Sanren Formula(黄连三仁方,HLSRF)com-bined with Western medicine in treating patients with spleen deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome who failed Helicobacter pylori(Hp)eradication.Methods Seventy-two patients who failed in Hp eradication with spleen deficiency and dampness-heat were ran-domly divided into the treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was given HLSRF combined with triple therapy,while the control group was given rescue quadruple therapy,both for 2 weeks.Hp detection results,efficacy of tradi-tional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation,individual symptom scores,PRO quality-of-life scores,anxiety state scores,long-term efficacy were monitored and safety was evaluated.Results The treatment group was superior to the control group in e-radicating Hp,ameliorating symptoms such as fatigue and weakness,short and yellow urine,cold extremities,preference for warmth and pressure,dry and bitter mouth,reducing individual and total scores,and alleviating anxiety state compared to the control group(P＜0.05).The treatment group showed significantly better efficacy in improving the therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes than the control group(P＜0.001).No adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group,while the control group reported 1 case of rash and 1 case of mild diarrhea,both resolving spontaneously within 1 week after discontinuation.The treatment group also exhibited better long-term Hp eradication rates and sustained TCM syndrome improvement(P＜0.05).Conclusion HLSRF combined with Western medicine in the treatment of Hp eradication failure due to spleen deficiency and dampness-heat can improve the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome effi-cacy,quality of life,long-term outcomes,symptom relief,and anxiety alleviation while reducing adverse reactions.Further research and promotion are recommended.关键词
