象思维视域下从四柱"丑未相冲"理论探析胃黏膜结构功能
Analyzing the structure and function of gastric mucosa from the perspective of Chou-Wei Conflict in the Four-column Theory under Imagery Thinking
摘要
Abstract
The Four-column Theory(四柱学说)is a branch of mathematical systems derived from heavenly stems and earthly bran-ches in ancient Chinese.The concept of"Chou-Wei Conflict"is one of its theoretical tenets,positing that the earthly branches Chou(丑)and Wei(未)can contain heavenly stems and exhibit opposing yet complementary characteristics of mutual restraint and harmony.Imagery thinking holds significant importance in the origin and development of the Four-column Theory and serves as the cornerstone of the visceral manifestation theory in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).From the perspective of imagery thinking,this study analyzes Chou and Wei branches and the structural and functional manifestations of the gastric mucosa.It reveals that both share the nature of"water-fire conflict"and"dryness-dampness coordination",corresponding to the spleen and stomach.Consequently,this paper pro-poses a novel perspective for understanding the structure and function of the gastric mucosa through the"Chou-Wei Conflict"Theory.It further deduces new therapeutic strategies for gastric mucosa-related diseases,such as nourishing Chou earth,warming Wei earth,clearing Ding(丁)fire,and pacifying Yi(乙)wood.By tracing the theoretical origins,this exploration aims to grasp key principles a-midst myriad variations and provide novel insights into the cognition,diagnosis,and treatment of gastric mucosal diseases.关键词
