组合坡段参数对重载列车运行性能的影响研究
Study on Effect of Combined Slope Segment Parameters on Operational Performance of Heavy-Haul Trains

Abstract
To investigate the effect of combined slope segment parameters on the safety and stability of 30 t axle-load freight trains,a dynamic simulation model was established based on the vehicle-track coupling dynamics theory.Combined with the response surface methodology,the variation patterns of dynamic responses of heavy-haul trains were analyzed under conditions where combined slope segments overlapped with double reverse curves,considering variations in track gradients and slope segment lengths.The research results indicated that the established vehicle-track coupling dynamic model aligned well with measured data.The response surface methodology was used to fit the relationships of slope segment parameters with lateral and vertical accelerations of the trains.The P values of both models were less than 0.05,and the differences between the adjusted and predicted determination coefficients were both less than 0.2,demonstrating high reliability.When only the effect of gradient was considered,greater gradient differences led to more pronounced dynamic responses,with the maximum vertical acceleration reaching 1.256 m·s-2 under the combined gradient conditions of 1‰ and 4‰.When a single slope length varied,the dynamic responses slightly decreased as the slope length increased.For the same variations in length,the first slope segment had a slightly greater impact than the second,with a maximum difference of 3%.When the parameters of combined slope segments varied,and the gradient of the first segment was fixed,the lateral acceleration initially decreased and then increased with increasing length of the second slope segment.At a gradient of 3‰ and a slope length of 300 m,the minimum lateral acceleration was 0.447 m·s-2.When the length of the first slope segment was fixed,the lateral acceleration initially decreased and then increased with increasing gradient of the second slope segment.The maximum lateral acceleration reached 0.565 m·s-2 when the gradient was 4‰ and the slope length was 400 m.The vertical acceleration of the vehicle reached maximum values of 1.266 m·s-2 and 1.133 m·s-2 when the slope gradient difference was greatest or the slope length was shortest,respectively.In the design of reverse curves for heavy-haul trains,it is recommended to minimize the gradients and gradient differences of slope segments and appropriately increase the segment lengths to reduce the dynamic responses as trains pass through reverse curves,thereby enhancing operational safety.关键词
