Abstract

Currently,tunnel construction faces the challenges of fragmented data resources and inefficient data circulation,leading to insufficient integration between design and construction data.This hinders the effective use of existing construction data to guide high-quality operations in new construction processes.Therefore,establishing a data-fusion and data-driven framework is essential to provide support for tunnel construction quality control.To address these challenges,a virtual-real mapping mechanism for physical components and construction processes was developed to solve the challenges of dynamic creation and updating of component-level digital twin objects.A multi-scenario multi-type model fusion and data integration approach was designed,and quality diagnosis rules for tunnel construction were established.A prediction and optimization feedback model for tunnel construction operations was built,forming a digital twin system development method for drill and blast tunnel construction.The digital twin system for mountain tunnels served as a platform that provided support for design,construction detailing,digital twin object model fusion,and construction process simulation.Building upon the virtual-real mapping,quality deviations in construction processes were diagnosed in accordance with quality acceptance standards for tunnel completion.Furthermore,by utilizing the construction data of excavated sections,prediction and optimization of construction guidance parameters were provided for sections to be excavated.Practice showed that the proposed tunnel digital twin system could effectively facilitate precise quality control and optimize construction decision-making in mountain tunnel engineering projects.
