Abstract
Because of its excellent road performance,asphalt mixture is widely used in road engineering in China.However,the problems of high energy consumption,high pollution,and high emissions in the production process have a serious impact on the environment.That exploring the key factors that affect energy consumption and carbon emissions in the production stage of asphalt mixtures,and identify the key nodes for energy conservation and emis-sion reduction is of great significance.The production stage of asphalt mixtures are divided into four stages of aggre-gate dust removal,aggregate drying,asphalt heating,and mixture mixing.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to establish an energy consumption and emission hierarchical analysis structural model,calculate the weight vector,and pass consistency testing.Finally,the weights of the same indicators are merged and the final weights are calculated,providing a theoretical foundation for further research on energy conservation and emission reduction in the production stage.Research has shown that the mixing time and seasonal factors are the primary indicators affect-ing the energy consumption and carbon emissions evaluation of asphalt mixture production stage,with weights of 0.290 7 and 0.301 46,respectively.关键词
