摘要
Abstract
A brief review was given on the development and problems of parking facilities in Beijing,and overall ideas and measures were proposed to promote the development.The main conclusions include that the contradiction be-tween supply and demand of residential parking in the central urban area,especially in the core area,is more promi-nentdue to the lack of planning guidance,land property rights constraints,insufficient space utilization,difficulty in land acquisition and demolition,insufficient staggered sharing,and difficulty in balancing cost and income;Combined with the national conditions,city conditions,characteristics of the capital,and development stages,the construction and development of parking facilities,which is related to people's livelihood,is promoted.The current supply-demand contradiction has phased characteristics.It is necessary to vigorously develop public transportation while increase the supply of public parking facilities in certain areas and to a certain extent to alleviate the parking contradiction;Measures such as differentiated supply through zoning and classification,improving the efficiency of utilizing the parking resources,enhancing the participation of market entities,and establishing a forward-looking smart parking system thatcan effectively meet the reasonable parking needs,improve the urban living environment,and enhance the efficiency of urban operation and management.关键词
