Abstract
The long-term polymerization kinetic behavior of the self-made metallocene polypropylene catalyst MCAT-1 and commericial Ziegler-Natta(Z-N)catalyst was investigated.The initial polymerization of MCAT-1 and Z-N catalysts was evaluated,and the initial polymerization kinetic parameters of MCAT-1 were obtained.The relationship among the MCAT-1 catalyst,polymer morphology,and polymerization ratio was examined.The experimental results show that compared with the Z-N catalyst,the MCAT-1 catalyst exhibits a slower decay in polymerization rate in the later stage.In the early stage of polymerization,the initial reaction rate of the MCAT-1 catalyst is affected by reaction temperature and shows a rapid decay trend over time,following the Arrhenius equation.The surface morphology of the polymer changes in stages with the increase in polymerization rate.关键词
