Abstract
With the rapid development of new energy vehicles,the demand for lithium batteries has surged,and higher requirements have been put forward for the performance of battery aluminum foil.Starting from the factors affecting the performance of battery aluminum foil,this article provides a detailed analysis of the carbon coating effect on the surface of battery foil.A series of improvement measures are proposed for key technical indicators of high-end battery aluminum foil,such as surface cleanliness,plate shape,mechanical properties,wettability,and conductivity.These measures aim to comprehensively improve the comprehensive performance of battery aluminum foil through process innovation and equipment upgrading,and meet the demands of the high-end market.关键词
