长链醇醚磺酸盐的合成及性能
Synthesis and properties of long-chain alcohol ether sulfonate

Abstract
Alcohol ether sulfonate was efficiently synthesized under solvent-free conditions by using stearyl alcohol ether as raw material and propane sulfolactone as the sulfonating agent.The effects of reaction conditions on the conversion rate of stearyl alcohol ether were investigated GC-MS,FTIR,1H NMR.The properties of alcohol ether sulfonates and their mixed systems with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)were analyzed.Experimental results indicate that the suitable reaction conditions are as follows:a molar ratio of stearyl alcohol ether/NaH/propane sultone of 1:4:3,a reaction temperature of 120℃,and a reaction time of 3 h.The synthesized C18PO10EO5HS,C18PO20EO10HS,and C18PO30EO15HS exhibit excellent water solubility and salt tolerance,with a solubility of over 20 mmol/L in pure water and a tolerance for Na+and Ca2+of up to 200 000 mg/L.The alcohol ether sulfonate/SDBS mixed system displays good oil/water interfacial tension reduction and microemulsification performance.Notably,the C18PO20EO10HS/SDBS mixed system can reduce the oil/water interfacial tension to 10-4 mN/m and can form middle-phase microemulsions with a maximum solubilization ratio of 10,demonstrating superior oil displacement performance.关键词
