摘要

Abstract

This paper discusses the application of the intelligent slag-picking robot based on AI recognition in the fire method refining process.It first summarizes the problems of the fire refining process and the application status of AI technology in industrial automation.The design and implementation of intelligent robot,including hardware selection,construction and software development process.Through experimental verification and performance evaluation,the advantages of intelligent slag scraping robot are proved in improving efficiency,improving safety and improving economic benefits.Finally,the future technology development trend and possible challenges is discussed,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
