Abstract
The vertical mold casting machine consists of flat molds,concave mold components,cooling water tanks,water tank side plates,and water tank push plates.The high-temperature silver melt flows into the concave mold through the gate,cools and forms under the action of cooling water,and finally releases the mold.During this process,the high temperature of the silver melt applied a thermal load to the mold,causing a temperature rise in the mold material and resulting in thermal deformation.The deformation of the mold not only affects its fit with other components,but may also alter the motion trajectory of the mold,thereby affecting the quality of the casting and increasing the risk of equipment failure.Therefore,this article conducted numerical simulations of heat transfer during pouring and cooling processes based on thermodynamic models,and systematically analyzed the thermodynamic process of the silver anode plate vertical mold casting machine.The focus was on studying the influence of high-temperature silver melt on the temperature rise of the mold during pouring and cooling processes,aiming to improve the working efficiency of the vertical mold casting machine,reduce the influence of mold deformation,and thus improve the quality of castings.关键词
