摘要

Abstract

From the perspective of modern industrial automation and informatization development,intelligent monitoring and preventive maintenance of metallurgical equipment have a significant impact on improving production efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.By employing advanced sensor technology,data analysis,and machine learning,the operational status and maintenance processes of equipment can be significantly optimized.To advance the development of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing,manufacturers of metallurgical equipment must adopt modern concepts of intelligent monitoring and preventive maintenance.Based on this,the article focuses on analyzing the application of intelligent monitoring and preventive maintenance in metallurgical machinery equipment,discussing practical application measures from the perspectives of technology implementation and system integration,to serve as a reference for the industry.
