摘要

Abstract

This study investigated the application of accelerated solvent extraction technology in the rapid oil content test of carbon fiber precursor.Besides,the study examined the effects of extraction solvent,extraction temperature,extraction pressure,the number of cycles,and sample amount on the oil content test results of carbon fiber precursor.The completeness and specificity of the extraction method were verified by SEM and FTIR.The experimental results show that the method component recoveries are 94.6%-113.9%,with accurate quantification and good reproducibility.The results obtained by this method for the oil content determination of carbon fiber precursor are consistent with those yielded by GB/T 6504-2017.In comparison with the extraction method in the national standard,the extraction time is reduced from 120 min to 20 min,while the extraction solvent amount is decreased from 200 mL to 20 mL,which realizes the oil content determination of carbon fiber precursor in an environmentally friendly and efficient way.
