Abstract
Titanium alloy and aluminum alloy are widely used in aerospace manufacturing and automotive fields because of their excellent properties.However,due to the difference of physical properties of titanium and aluminum,the intermetallic compounds produced by it will affect the performance of the joint,so the welding of titanium/aluminum dissimilar metals is a difficult task.This paper discusses several welding methods,including laser welding,friction stir welding,MIG welding,explosive welding and so on,from the point of view of welding.Various efforts made by domestic and foreign researchers to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of titanium/magnesium dissimilar alloy welding are summarized.Finally,the prospect of titanium/magnesium dissimilar alloy welding is summarized.关键词
