Abstract
Building a infrastructure system is an important support for the development of new urban areas.Taking the municipal infrastructure planning of Wuhan Changjiang New Area as an example,the conditions such as the population,land use,and development goals of the new area was interpreted.According to the principles of"high standards,implementability,demonstration",the goals of the municipal infrastructure planning was proposed.A"rigid constraint+flexible guidance"system was conducted to transmit municipal infrastructure indicators systems of"high-standard and distinctive"from the master plan to the regulatory plan.Based on the development direction of"safety resilience,low-carbon ecology,intelligence efficiency,intensive conservation",a reliable and moderately advanced municipal infrastructure system was proposed.How to fully play the leading role of municipal infrastruc-ture in the construction of the new area was explored at the beginning of the establishment.The approach to formu-lating special plans for municipal infrastructure was summarized,the planning methods were innovated and new models for compilation,management was explored to ensure the effective implementation of current advanced con-cepts,providing reference for other urban new areas to build infrastructure systems.关键词
