采用不同光伏支架的HJT光伏发电系统的发电性能研究
STUDY ON POWER GENERATION PERFORMANCE OF HJT PV POWER GENERATION SYSTEM USING DIFFERENT PV BRACKETS

Abstract
This paper takes the power generation performance of HJT PV power generation systems using HJT PV modules(hereinafter referred to as"HJT PV power generation system")with different PV brackets under arid climate conditions in the Gobi desert as the research object.Using experimental comparative research methods,the power generation capacity,solar irradiance received on the front and back sides,instantaneous output power on the DC side,and operating temperature of PV modules are analyzed to compare the power generation performance of HJT PV power generation systems using fixed PV bracket with optimal tilt angle,flat single-axis tracking PV brackets,and micro tilt angle flat single-axis tracking PV brackets(hereinafter referred to as"fixed tilt angle HJT PV power generation system","flat single-axis tracking HJT PV power generation system",and"micro tilt angle flat single-axis tracking HJT PV power generation system")under a system voltage design condition of 1500 V.The research results show that:1)The micro tilt angle flat single-axis tracking HJT PV power generation system has the strongest power generation capacity,followed by the fixed tilt angle HJT PV power generation system,and finally the flat single-axis tracking HJT PV power generation system.The average daily power generation capacity of the three are 5.06,4.12,and 4.62 kWh/kW,respectively.Based on the power generation capacity data of the fixed tilt angle HJT PV power generation system,the average daily power generation capacity gain of the micro tilt angle flat single-axis tracking HJT PV power generation system is 10.36%,and the average daily power generation capacity gain of the flat single-axis tracking HJT PV power generation system is-12.53%.2)Compared with using flat single-axis tracking PV brackets,the HJT PV power generation system adopts a micro tilt angle flat single-axis tracking PV bracket can improve the solar irradiance received by the back of the PV module and facilitate the heat dissipation of the PV module,thereby achieving higher output power.It can effectively solve the problem of low power generation capacity of the HJT PV power generation system caused by insufficient solar irradiance reception of the flat single-axis tracking PV bracket in winter.关键词
