助焊剂对返修TOPCon太阳电池EL图像脏污影响的研究OA
STUDY ON EFFECT OF FLUX ON DIRTINESS OF EL IMAGES AFTER TOPCON SOLAR CELLS REPAIR
为探究太阳电池返修后EL图像脏污的原因,以成品TOPCon太阳电池为例,通过在太阳电池主栅处人为涂抹不同厂家生产的助焊剂,针对助焊剂的酸碱度、挥发性及其搭配不同配方银浆料时对太阳电池EL图像的影响进行了分析.分析结果显示:1)助焊剂的酸碱度与其对太阳电池的腐蚀程度之间无正相关性;时间越久,具有腐蚀性的助焊剂对太阳电池的腐蚀程度越明显.2)助焊剂挥发速度与太阳电池的腐蚀程度呈负相关,挥发速度越快,腐蚀程度越小.3)助焊剂涂抹量越多,对太阳电池正面的影响越大;不同配方的银浆料对助焊剂的敏感性存在差异;可以通过优化银浆料配方,即选择合适的玻璃体和铅含量来提高浆料的抗腐蚀性,从而降低助焊剂对太阳电池的危害.以期研究结果为助焊剂和银浆料的选择提供参考.
To explore the reasons for the dirtiness of EL images after solar cell repair,this paper takes the finished TOPCon solar cell as an example.By artificially applying flux produced by different manufacturers on the main grid of the solar cell,the effects of the acidity,volatility,and different silver paste formulations of the flux on the EL images of the solar cell are analyzed.The analysis results show that:1)There is no positive correlation between the acidity and alkalinity of the flux and its corrosion degree on solar cells.The longer the time,the more corrosive flux becomes to the solar cell.2)The volatilization rate of flux is negatively correlated with the degree of corrosion of solar cells,and the faster the volatilization rate,the smaller the degree of corrosion.3)The more flux is applied,the greater the impact on the front of the solar cell.There are differences in the sensitivity of different silver paste formulations to flux.The corrosion resistance of the silver paste can be improved by optimizing the silver paste formulation by selecting appropriate glass bodies and lead content,thereby reducing the harm of flux to solar cells.In order to provide reference for the selection of flux and silver paste based on the research results.
