Abstract
This article studies a relay multi-workstation detection technology designed to address the low testing efficiency of traditional electrical characteristic detection methods that rely on a single workstation for testing railway signal relays.This technology adopts a distributed control structure,which can achieve simultaneous electrical characteristic testing of multiple relays while ensuring testing accuracy.This article introduces the basic principles of this detection technology,as well as the design and implementation,functional characteristics and on-site application of the system equipment.Through the application of this technology,the high levels of integration,automation,and intelligence in relay detection methods have been improved,fully releasing labor resources and significantly improving the testing efficiency of relay electrical characteristic detection,which has a significant impact on promoting the overall industry.关键词
