摘要

Abstract

During the process of enhancing the thermal and flame retardant properties of polyimide(PI)protective fiber materials,the excessive rigidity of the molecular chains often leads to poor mechanical properties.To address this issue,the study used bisphenol A dianhydride(BPADA)and 3,3'-diaminodiphenyl ether(ODA)as monomers and polyetheramine(D2000)as a modifier.Electrospinning technology was employed to fabricate PI and polyether-block-polyimide(E-PI)fiber membranes.The structure,thermal properties,flame retardancy,and mechanical properties of the materials were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,thermomechanical analysis,a limiting oxygen index tester,and a microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine.The results showed that the addition of D2000 significantly increased the 5%weight loss temperature,glass transition temperature,limiting oxygen index,and elongation at break of the fiber materials,thereby enhancing their thermal stability,flame retardancy,and mechanical properties.
