健康土壤和易感烟草青枯病土壤中真菌群落的结构及功能差异
Difference of structure and function of fungal community between healthy soil and soil susceptible to tobacco bacterial wilt
摘要
Abstract
To explore the diversity and community characteristics of fungi in soil from healthy tobacco field and tobacco field susceptible to tobacco bacterial wilt(hereinafter referred to as"susceptible soil"),high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze and compare the differences of composition and function of fungal communities in soil from healthy and susceptible tobacco fields.The results showed that:① The diversity of fungi in soil from healthy tobacco fields was higher than that from susceptible tobacco fields,and the community structure was more stable.② The relative abundance of Morti-erellomycota,Rozellomycota and Glomeromycota were relatively high in healthy soil,while the relative abundance of Ascomy-cota and Basidiomycota significantly increased in susceptible soil.③ The community structure of fungi in healthy and suscep-tible soil showed obvious separation effects.④ Compared with healthy soil,the relative abundance of saprophytic functional fungi decreased and that of pathogenic fungi increased in susceptible soil.关键词
