CT与MRI在诊断小儿重症病毒性脑炎中的应用价值评估OA
Evaluation of the Application Value of CT And MRI in the Diagnosis of Severe Viral Encephalitis in Children
目的 探究CT与MRI在诊断小儿重症病毒性脑炎中的应用价值.方法 选取2021年3月至2024年9月湖南省人民医院收治的46例疑似重症病毒性脑炎患儿,均行CT、MRI检查,以脑脊液病原学检查结果为金标准,比较CT与MRI对病毒性脑炎的诊断效能.结果 46例患儿,共34例确诊为重症病毒性脑炎.与CT检查相比,MRI检查诊断重症病毒性脑炎的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均更高,P<0.05.结论 对重症病毒性脑炎患儿采用MRI检查的诊断准确率更高,可为临床诊疗提供更精准的参考.
Objective:To explore the application value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of severe viral encephalitis in children.Methods:46 children with suspected severe viral encephalitis admitted to Hunan Provincial People's Hospi-tal from March 2021 to September 2024 were examined by CT and MRI,and the diagnostic efficacy of CT and MRI for viral encephalitis was compared with the results of etiological examination of cerebrospinal fluid as the gold standard.Results:Of the 46 children,34 were diagnosed as severe viral encephalitis.Compared with CT,MRI has higher sensitivity、specificity and accuracy in diagnosing severe viral encephalitis,P<0.05.Conclusion:The diagnos-tic accuracy of MRI in children with severe viral encephalitis is higher,which can provide more accurate reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
