摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical value of combined detection of serum amyloid A(SAA)and high-sensi-tivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in early differential diagnosis of mycoplasma infection in children. Methods:From March 2023 to March 2024,70 children with mycoplasma infection were selected from Anhui Children's Hos-pital,and 68 children who came to the hospital for health examination during the same period were selected and set into the study group and the control group in turn.Serum SAA and hs-CRP were detected in both groups, and the value of single and combined detection of two serum indexes in early differential diagnosis of mycoplasma infection in children was analyzed by comparing the detection results. Results:Compared with the control group, the serum SAA and hs-CRP levels in the study group were higher, and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The sensitivity、accuracy and specificity of combined detection of two serum indexes in the diagnosis of mycoplasma infection in children were slightly higher than that of single detection, but there was no statistical difference between them,P>0.05.Conclusion:Combined detection of serum SAA and hs-CRP in early differential diagnosis of myco-plasma infection in children has high clinical value, and the accuracy、sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis results are higher than that of single item detection.关键词
