摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the quantitative EEG characteristics and nonspecific abnormal signs of TIC disorder in chil-dren.Methods:92 children with TIC disorder admitted to the First People's Hospital of Tianmen City from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research group.Another 50 healthy children who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group. To observe the characteristics of quantitative EEG of children in the study group, and compare the average frequency parameters of quantitative EEG in basal ganglia, thalamus and subcortical of children in the two groups, including δ wave、θ wave、α wave、β wave、δ wave/α wave ratio(DAR)and(δ wave+θ wave)/(α wave+β wave)ratio(DTABR).Results:In the study group,18 cases(19.57%)had normal EEG.The EEG of 58 children(63.04%)showed nonspecific changes, showing abnormal increase of β activity and abnormal amplitude regula-tion.The EEG of 16 children(17.39%)was abnormal, showing extensive slow wave, spike wave and spike-slow com-plex wave. The average frequencies of δ wave、θ wave、DAR and DTABR in the basal ganglia of children in the study group were higher than those in the control group, while the average frequencies of α wave and β wave were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The average frequencies of δ wave、θ wave、DAR and DTABR in thalamus of study group were higher than those of control group, while the average frequencies of α wave and β wave were lower than those of control group,P<0.05.The average frequencies of δ wave、θ wave、DAR and DTABR in the subcortical area of the study group were higher than those in the control group, while the average frequencies of α wave and β wave were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:TIC disorder can lead to changes in the characteristics of quantitative EEG in chil-dren,and clinical evaluation of TIC disorder in children can be combined with quantitative EEG parameters.关键词
