摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of comprehensive abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in the elderly. Methods:Fifty elderly patients with acute abdomen admitted to the People's Hospital of Gucheng County,Xiangyang City Hubei Province from August 2022 to August 2023 were given selective abdominal ultrasound examination(set as control group)and comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination(set as obser-vation group)respectively.Taking the pathological examination results after treatment as the gold standard, the examination time、diagnosis time、delayed diagnosis rate、detection results、diagnosis efficiency and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results:Compared with the diagnosis time of the two groups, the observation group was shorter;Comparing the ultrasonic examination time between the two groups, the observation group was longer,P<0.05.Compared with the control group, the delayed diagnosis rate in the observation group was significantly lower,P<0.05.Compared with the diagnostic efficiency of the two groups, the sensitivity、specificity and accuracy of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the satisfaction of the two groups, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of acute abdomen in the elderly, total abdominal ultrasound has more advantages than selective abdominal ultra-sound,which is characterized by higher diagnostic efficiency and shorter diagnostic time, and plays a significant role in reducing delayed diagnosis and improving patient satisfaction.关键词
