术前使用超声引导下连续髂筋膜阻滞对老年股骨骨折患者术后康复的影响
Effect of Continuous Iliofascial Space Block Guided by Ultrasound on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Elderly Patients with Femoral Fracture

Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of ultrasound-guided continuous iliac fascia block(CFICB)on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with femoral fracture.Methods:From April 2023 to May 2024 in Chongzhou Second Hospital,60 elderly patients with femoral fractures were selected as subjects,all of whom under-went surgical treatment.30 cases of PCIA were used as control group,and 30 cases of CFICB were used as observa-tion group.The quality of recovery、pain、recovery、first time of analgesia、first time of getting out of bed、postopera-tive hospital stay、demand rate of remedial analgesic drugs and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The QoR-15 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 24 h and 48 h after operation,P<0.05.At 1 h、3 h、6 h、12 h、24 h and 48 h after operation,the VAS scores in the obser-vation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The first analgesic remedy time in the observa-tion group was longer than that in the control group,P<0.05.The demand rate of remedial analgesic drugs and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 48 hours after op-eration,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of CFICB in elderly patients with femoral fracture before operation has a definite effect on promoting early postoperative recovery,improving the quality of anesthesia recovery,allevia-ting postoperative pain and reducing the use of analgesic drugs and adverse reactions of patients.关键词
