Big data analysis of internet consultation on reproductive system infections in women of reproductive age

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the public demand for infection in the female reproductive system with cluster the consultation questions,and to explore the focus of public online knowledge of reproductive system infections.
Methods:The data of Internet consulting services on Tianding Youyun platform from April 2020 to March 2023 were collected and the online consulting words(consulting content)were clustered through IP guard and python technology/software to establish a jieba database.
Results:A total of 6 730 280 consulting data(consulting frequency)were obtained,which focused on 20 aspects.The ranking was as follows:infection and inflammation(15.92％),vulvar symptoms(10.91％),leucorrhea and secretions(8.80％),accessory abdomen symptoms(7.95％),cleaning(7.41％),uterine inflammation(6.94％),science popularization(6.92％),vaginal inflammation(5.66％),symptom characteristics(5.31％),pelvic inflammation(3.69％),symptom degree(3.64％),fallopian tube inflammation(3.61％),microbial(3.48％),drug treatment(3.48％),detection and treatment(3.36％),nursing care(1.99％),virus(0.50％),vulvar inflammation(0.27％),urethra(0.11％),external genital symptoms(0.04％).Of the 237 consulting words in the top 20 hot topics,the data volume(frequency of consulting words)of the top 17 hot words were above the 100 thousand level,those of the 18th to 107th hot words in the 10 thousand level,and those of the 108th to 178th hot words in the thousand level.
Conclusions:The patient would like to know whether clean private hygiene can avoid the symptoms,rather than how to treat them.From the perspective of hospitals,it is particularly important to timely guide patients to seek medical treatment,and provide the popularization of reproductive system diseases and daily cleaning care during treatment.关键词
