摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Kuijie decoction enema combined with mesalazine in improving inflam-matory factors and intestinal flora in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:76 cases were selected from May 2022 to May 2024 from patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Changsha Eighth Hospital).Seventy-six patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases treated with mesalazine alone as the control group and 38 cases treated with Kuijie Decoction enema and mesalazine as the observation group.The overall curative effect was evaluated from two aspects:inflammatory index and intestinal flora content.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 97.37%,which was higher than that in the control group 76.32%,P<0.05.The content of intestinal flora in the observation group was significant-ly higher than that in the control group after treatment,P<0.05.After treatment,the inflammatory indexes TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The appli-cation of Kuijie decoction enema and mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has obvious benefits,and has obvious regulatory effects on the inflammatory reaction and intestinal flora content.关键词
