Characteristics of Abortion in Adolescents with Unwanted Pregnancy And Influencing Factors of Repeated Abortion

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the characteristics of induced abortion in adolescent unplanned pregnancy in Longgang District of Shenzhen,and analyze the influencing factors of repeated induced abortion,so as to provide the-oretical basis for adolescent reproductive health education and intervention.Methods:From January 2022 to June 2023,882 adolescents aged 10～19 who underwent induced abortion in various family planning medical institutions in Longgang district were selected as the research objects,and the characteristics of induced abortion were described and the influencing factors of repeated induced abortion among adolescents were analyzed.Results:A total of 882 adolescents were included in this study,with an average age of 18.3 years,and 52.27%had junior high school edu-cation or below.30.73%teenagers have never taken contraceptive measures,and nearly 50%teenagers are not a-ware of the harm of induced abortion.27.55%of teenagers have repeated abortions.Age、nationality、delivery his-tory and close friends'history of abortion are the factors that affect adolescents'unwanted pregnancy and repeated induced abortion(P<0.05).Conclusion:The barrier of sexual and reproductive health education for adolescents needs to be moved forward,and corresponding health education should be carried out at least in junior high school.School-hospital-community linkage is helpful to help teenagers master the knowledge of sexual and reproductive health,improve their awareness of safe contraception,and thus reduce the incidence of unintended pregnancy.关键词
