Abstract
The water quality characteristics and recycling of the fracturing flowback fluid in the L gas field are studied.The characteristics such as the content of various ions,the concentration of suspended solids and the pH value in the flowback fluid are analyzed.Pretreatment methods such as sedimentation and chemical agents are adopted to make the water quality meet the standard of compound fracturing fluid.The effects of configuring fracturing fluid with flowback fluid on apparent viscosity,gel breaking performance,anti-expansion rate,suspended sand performance and interfacial tension are evaluated through experiments.The results show that the higher the proportion of the reflux fluid compound is,the greater the influence on the apparent viscosity of the fracturing fluid and the greater the proportion of viscosity reduction.To ensure the stability of the apparent viscosity of the fracturing fluid during on-site construction,the compounding ratio of the flowback fluid should not exceed 25%.关键词
