Abstract
In order to achieve the goal of reducing the nitrogen oxide emission concentration in the flue gas of the steam injection boiler to below 50 mg/m3,without reducing the main performance parameters of the in-use oilfield steam injection boiler,the original burner will be replaced with a low-nitrogen burner adopting technologies such as coupled fuel classification,flue gas internal circulation,flue gas external circulation,and multi-nozzle flame.And it meets the usage requirements for the continuous,safe and reliable operation of the steam injection boiler.The results show that the burner adopting the composite low-nitrogen combustion technology can reduce the nitrogen oxide emission concentration of the steam injection boiler to below 30 mg/m3 while meeting the operation requirements of the steam injection boiler,meeting the expected transformation requirements.关键词
