青少年癌症患者积极心理体验的质性研究
Qualitative research of positive psychological experience in adolescent cancer patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the positive psychological experience of adolescent cancer patients and provide evidence for psychological nursing of adolescent cancer patients.Methods:The purpose sampling method was used to select 10 adolescent cancer patients in a grade A tertiary hospital in Yinchuan.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the phenomenological research methods and Colaizzi's seven-step analysis was used to analyze the data.Results:Six themes were extracted including mutual love,caring for family;strong,sensible,responsible;self-improvement,optimism;health awareness,health action consciousness;pay attention to the relationship with the school,eager to interact with students;accept reality,be hopeful,and be grateful.Conclusion:Adolescent cancer patients have positive psychological experience.Clinical nurses should stimulate the positive psychological experience of adolescent cancer patients,help families and schools to build better support systems,so as to improve the degree of psychological support and promote the mental health of adolescent cancer patients.关键词
