Abstract
Objective:To construct a risk assessment index system for PICC catheter-related bloodstream infection in patients with hematological diseases.Methods:The various indicators of PICC catheter-related bloodstream infection risk in patients with hematological diseases were initially formed by literature review.The risk assessment indicator system for PICC-related bloodstream infection was developed through the Delphi expert consultation process,including screening and revision of indicators.Results:The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were both 100％.The authority coefficients were 0.898 and 0.907 respectively,and there was a statistically significant difference in the coordination degrees(P＜0.05).Eventually,a risk assessment index system for PICC catheter-related bloodstream infection in patients with hematological diseases was formed,consisting of 4 first-level indicators,23 second-level indicators,and 57 third-level indicators.Conclusion:The risk assessment index system for PICC-related bloodstream infection in patients with hematologic diseases is scientifically sound and reasonable,and can be used for assessing the risk of such infections in these patients.关键词
