基于CiteSpace的衰弱与康复护理研究现状与热点的可视化分析
Research status and hotspots analysis on the frailty and rehabilitation nursing based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective:Using bibliometric methods and information visualization techniques,to analyze the research status and hotspots of the application of frailty in rehabilitation nursing field at home and abroad,so as to provide a reference for research in related fields.Methods:The relevant literature about application of frailty in rehabilitation nursing field published by China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science core collection database were systematiclly searched,and the search period was from January 1,2013 to March 1,2023.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used for visual analysis of relevant literature.Results:A total of 106 papers were included.Since 2016,the number of domestic published articles was on the rise.Foreign countries published more articles in this field in 2014.The top three authors of domestic publications were HUANG Haiyan,LIU Fang,and ZHANG Li,but scholars had not formed a close cooperation network.Granger Carl V,Ottenbacher Kenneth J,Graham James E,Karmarkar Amol M,Deutsch Ane were the top five authors of international publications.The top two domestic institutions in terms of publication volume were Union Hospital Tongji Medical College Huazhong University of Science and Technology and The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.The top three institutions in terms of foreign publication volume were University Texas Medical Branch,North western University,Chicago Rehabilitation Center.Domestic research focused on the role of functional rehabilitation in the health outcomes of frail patients,while foreign research hotspots mainly focus on assessment of frailty and the impact of frailty on rehabilitation outcomes.The assessment of frailty,the mechanisms of frailty,and rehabilitation nursing interventions were the frontiers of research.Conclusion:The research on the application of frailty in rehabilitation nursing field is in the early exploration stage,the core research team has not yet formed.It is necessary to conduct in-depth research from theoretical definition to clinical practice,and strengthen multi-center cooperation between authors and institutions.关键词
