铍铜合金微观组织及性能调控的研究现状
Research Progress on Microstructure and Properties Regulation of Beryllium Copper Alloys

Abstract
Beryllium copper alloy has excellent strength,hardness,electrical conductivity,corrosion resistance,wear resistance and good thermal conductivity.It is widely used in aerospace electrical connectors,sensors,connectors,elastic elements,5G base station shielding cases and other fields.As a typical age-precipitated strengthening alloy,the content,microstructure and distribution in the matrix of the precipitated phase have a significant effect on the improvement of the comprehensive properties of beryllium copper alloy.This paper systematically reviewed research status of microstructure and property control of beryllium copper alloy.The control methods of microstructure and their effects on the comprehensive properties of beryllium copper alloy were discussed from two aspects of alloy ele-ment addition and heat treatment process.The addition of elements such as Ni,Co,Ti,Mg,Al and rare earth could promote formation of precipitated phases and refine grains.Aging treatment could regulate the type of precipitated phase and the morphology of microstructure.Through the analysis of the relationship between different microstructures and properties,the key role of microstructure in improving the hardness,tensile strength,electrical conductivity,corrosion resistance and fatigue properties of the alloy was revealed.Subsequently,the application of beryllium copper alloy was briefly described.The purpose of this study was to provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for the design and preparation of high-performance beryllium copper alloys.关键词
